MUSIC THERAPY

Music therapy is a research-based allied health practice and profession in which music is used to actively support people as they strive to improve their health, functioning and well being.

At Music Garden, Simone the Registered Music Therapist,uses songwriting, improvisation, familiar song singing, instrumental exploration and lots of play based activities to encourage people to communicate, express and create. Simone works in Wodonga 3 days a week and Corowa one morning a week. She is also an early intervention teacher 2 days a week.
